I don't understand how Laine would go to Anaheim unless Winnipeg takes on a bunch of cap dumps. And Laine also doesn't help Anaheim on defense. It makes no sense. I think that talk is largely bs.

EDIT Some framework, the Laine Tweet was sent out by someone who occasionally hits on Ducks Rumors. He is also notorious for deleting tweets which he did in this instance. So I doubt there is anything there

There wasn’t anything from Bob regarding Laine. I believe two separate conversations in this thread converged into one. Dudacek was talking about Bob tweeting that Risto and Faulk should be at the Top of the TSN Tradebait List and that’s the first time he has tweeted anything about Risto being available.  The Laine Stuff, since the original tweet was deleted , is incorrect as you mentioned.
