It's honestly at the point where, seeing as we aren't in the hunt, it makes sense to put the concern for the individual over concern for the team, assuming they hate the idea of loading up one line. I'm surprised they don't try Reinhart on his own line and move Skinner up, but getting Skinner going should be a priority. 

We are getting nothing from a 9 million dollar contract, that has to be remedied before it snowballs into a 'love of the game' situation.

I'll take your word for it but should we lump shoot outs and penalty shots into the same category?  I feel like there is a different amount of pressure for each.
