Stoner Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 Miller overskates the play, leaving the far post open. 1 Quote
Scottysabres Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 7 - 0 in shots, and yet Botterill says "points are important"...…………. Quote
Pimlach Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 Lots of failures to control and clear on that PK. They look drowsy. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 Frolik looks awful on the PK and Miller just standing there, ugh, good start.... Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 As Lindy would say “what a joke” Quote

There shouldn't have been a PK as Dahlin takes an unnecessary chance at the blue line then rakes Ennis' face trying to compensate. Oh and if you want to make a run for the playoffs, you can't let a team barely scoring on 1 out of 10 PPs, score on their first chance. Way to immediately neutralize the team and crowd. 1 Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 RJ sounds rested! Oh Debby Downers, please settle down, it’s early in first period 2 Quote
Formerly Allan in MD Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 Typical Sabres game after a break. As Ray says, they're standing around watching. When does it end? Quote
Doohicksie Posted January 29, 2020 Author Report Posted January 29, 2020 Anyone surprised by the Sabres start? Quote
Stoner Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 (edited) Now Skinner IS out there with Eichel. Edited January 29, 2020 by PASabreFan Quote

I def agree with all of this, this team is so unlikeable. Skinner out in back looking and No one will go into the dirty areas and he gives it away. It's a talent issue, but also a fundamental flaw in the way we play as well 1 Quote

I read the recent article on Boterill looking to “add another forward”. What a bum. Contrast him and Beane and he is not close. That said, I am looking forward to winning hockey. This team needs to make a run, and it starts now. 1 Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 Waiting for a shot on goal 1 Quote
Doohicksie Posted January 29, 2020 Author Report Posted January 29, 2020 Lazar totally skated into Sabourn to draw that penalty. 1 Quote

Scottysabres Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 They need size for a net front presence, they sorely lack it. Quote

Scottysabres Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 4 shots on goal now. At this pace, they'll have 16 shots on goal by games end, that's more than enough to win this game (insert sarcasm emoji here) Quote

It won't begin until they add and subtract on the roster...……………….in my opinion in any event. I see Buffalo losing this game. Quote
