I-90 W Posted January 6, 2020 Report Posted January 6, 2020 Now that the Bills season is over, as will the NFL's in a few short weeks, are you considering this upcoming Spring League? Quote

Doohicksie Posted January 6, 2020 Report Posted January 6, 2020 Wow that's pretty awesome, Weave. "Dallas" has a team. I put that in quotes because just like the Cowboys they don't play in Dallas, or even Dallas County, the Renegades home field will be Globe LIfe Park in Arlington (which through last season was the home of the Texas Rangers baseball team). It may be something to follow in the springtime I guess. Globe Life Park is a nice stadium; the major knock against it (and why the Rangers built a new stadium) is that it's too damned hot in the summertime. XFL season runs through April so it should actually be kind of pleasant to watch their games. Because it was an active MLB park up to the present I expect the stadium to be in good shape. I notice that the Renegades games all have major network coverage (ABC, ESPN, Fox, FS1); is this true for the whole league? I'm guessing yes. It's a way for them to get in on a sport for networks that don't have hockey or basketball I guess. Quote
