1.6 seconds to go. Would have counted and have been devastating. Dahlin whiffed on Olofsson's cross ice pass then went to sleep. Meanwhile Jack cartwheeled through the air and slammed to the ice after getting tangled up with someone. Whatever was ailing him... ouch.

Those were a couple of exciting draft years....6 1st rounders in two consecutive years.  .500 success with #6, #25 and #30 being HOF caliber players.  Not so good with Cyr, LaCombe and Creighton.
