I truly believe they will see it. Come on, St. Louis just got theirs.

None of us knows how much time is left on our personal clock.  But I do believe I will not see it in my lifetime.

No, the streak is officially over. I've linked it twice.

Weird that didn't come up in my NHL search before I posted that. I had heard during the streak from a talking head that it was starts.

Sabres were closer to winning the cup 50 years ago than they are today.

Yep.  Fewer teams.  Ownership had a plan.  Management had a plan.  Team on the ice competed every night.  May never see the playoffs again let alone compete for a cup.  I know I'll never see it

Unfortunately not, ends at 17.

They said there'd be an update on Jack post game, right? Pretty much all that matters.

Pegula needs to look at the Bills.  Once he hires a head coach and GM that were serious about evaluating talent, getting players to play your system and have a team identity then you can build a good team.  Sabres are none of those things

I really thought the Bills would be where the Sabres are and the Sabres to be where the Bills are at this point.  The Bills may have had an easy schedule but it sure seems like the players have bought into the culture while the Sabres players seem to have checked out.  I lived through the four SB losses so I reserve the right to be pessimistic about anything Buffalo sports but I have a hint of optimism regarding the Bills and nothing but bad vibes regarding the Sabres.

Since Ralph is such a positive guy... "hey boys, we've shown that we can play our best hockey in the 3rd period... when the other guys have a big lead... and decided to shut things down offensively... something we can build on boys... let's do it again to see if we can be consistent"... ?

Impossible to say. Life’s random changes are completely unpredictable. Who would have predicted the Hasek phenomenon in the 90’s?

Eech. Looking at the schedule I don't see us winning more than 2 more at a push in December.

Dec. 21 Los Angeles 1:00

Dec. 23 at Ottawa 7:30

Dec. 27 Boston 7:00

Dec. 29 at Boston 7:00

Dec. 31 Tampa Bay 7:00

And sadly if Jack is out for the kings and sens games then we're deep in the brown stuff.

I say whip it
Whip it good
