I'll rephrase, the value he is using to calculate his formula and project an actual meaning with the results is heavily flawed.

If Angry Larry is moved from that line, then RK can't deploy him in a way that best serves the team. There are three other lines that should be able to score goals.

TRpm doesn't tell you who the most talented players are.

TRpm does tell you who is most often on the ice when the team is either giving up goals or scoring goals at even strength.
