bob_sauve28 Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 They just had better goaltending than us. But their team isn’t better than the Sabres 4 Quote
Cityo'Rasmii Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 'Night, sabrespace well fought sabres 1 Quote
Billznut Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Well Hutton tried to lose at the end of regulation. He made sure he did it OT. Terrible goal 1 Quote
Nitro60 Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 That was a very weak goal to give up. Clear vision. Hutton whiffed. 1 Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Hutton, you are this team's backup Quote
CallawaySabres Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Buffalo was the better team and unfortunately goaltending was the difference 2 Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 (edited) Anderson saved 2 great shots and Hutton lets in a cheeser. Typical Edited December 1, 2019 by Gatorman0519 1 Quote
bunomatic Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Looks like the winner was tipped. Don’t like the outcome but that was a good hockey game. 2 Quote
PromoTheRobot Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Still, Sabres won the net point battle for the weekend 3-2. 4 points in 3 games. Progress. Quote
Brawndo Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 3 out of 4 points ain’t bad, but they deserved a win 1 Quote
Nitro60 Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Got a point but bittersweet. Worked so hard only to lose it that way. Frustrating. 1 Quote
SABRES 0311 Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 No screen + far away shot + weak goalie = 1. As in 1 point 1 Quote
Indabuff Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Really? They play Maxine Nightingale? Lame. Quote

Brawndo Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 2-1-2 in a 5 game in 7 day stretch for 6 out of 10 points. 5 Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Cannot wait for UPL to progress. We need a franchise goalie. 2 Quote

So that sounds like you expect him to be a “franchise goalie”. i don’t. I certainly hope he is. I just don’t expect it. Saves me from massive disappointment ? 1 Quote
Curt Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Johansson and Olofsson has a very nice offensive zone sequence there that created 2 great shooting opportunities for Olofsson. Anderson did well to save the game for them there. Quote
woods-racer Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 If Toronto fans expect to win a playoff series anytime soon then Anderson is their only hope. Quote
sabremike Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 And of course Captain Liar got the winner. Whatever, the Leafs still suck and he's going to get Bryce Harper'ed in June. Great last two games, just wish we hadn't pissed away 3 points vs the Wild and Shames. Quote
thewookie1 Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Great game by the Sabres, the Leafs were saved by Anderson and Anderson alone. Also that glove save looks like it should of been a goal and had the situation been reversed I'm guessing its called a good goal. 1 Quote
dudacek Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Reinhart hit the post on a shot and a deflection, Olofsson hit the crossbar and was robbed twice. We had three chances to finish in OT. Sheary put the puck over the red line... Hutton played really well, then whiffed on one...that’s hockey. I have no issue with the way we played tonight whatsoever. 4 Quote
