Personally, he needs to first go to the Vita-Ray chamber or whatever the heck the machine was that turned little Steve Rogers into Captain America.  He teenage body needs to become a man.  Maybe then he can compete and win some battles.

Ullmark showing a lot of confidence. I like how he is challenging the shooter to cut down the angle. A couple dangerous rebounds but that’s why you have dmen. Florida getting pucks to the slot. Very important for centers to help the D.

Ullmark is very clearly the number one goalie and should be getting the requisite starts going forward.

When other teams put the pedal to the metal... we just wilt. That's been the case for years and is probably the main issue of "culture" of a tank wherein the guys who were here for it (Risto, Larry, Girgs), it's what they know/accept, and in bringing in a finesse roster there's just not the oomph to push back. Other teams have bursts of "playoff mode" waiting in their back pocket for the second half of the season as they begin the push for said playoffs. We need to learn to match that intensity.
