We are seeing the natural correction. We are likely a .500 team. We will be back there soon. What are the chances we win tomorrow? Not likely. Quote
Thorner Posted November 8, 2019 Report Posted November 8, 2019 Sheary represents an improvement on line 2. Quote

I get there are big variations, but it seems extreme right now. Quote
bunomatic Posted November 8, 2019 Report Posted November 8, 2019 If I have to hear Rick say So and so shoots it just wide one more time I swear I’ll puke. Sammy. How I love ya... Quote
darksabre Posted November 8, 2019 Report Posted November 8, 2019 That was a great shot by Reinhart with traffic. Quote

Was wondering how many guys Skinner would have to fend off before someone helped him. Soft team. They are soft and does anyone on this team have the killer instinct ? That win at all cost attitude ? I can’t think of one. 1 Quote
Zamboni Posted November 8, 2019 Report Posted November 8, 2019 What’s needed more than any kind of grit as some fans want, this team doesn’t have one or two “take the game over” type players. Even Eichel isn’t that. We haven’t had that since Hasek left. 1 Quote
Thorner Posted November 8, 2019 Report Posted November 8, 2019 Jack is vinatge rookie year Sid today Quote
Radar Posted November 8, 2019 Report Posted November 8, 2019 Why do we take those penalties???????? Quote

Amen! This team needs someone like Tom Wilson. Perhaps too many Scandinavians/finesse players., 1 Quote

Formerly Allan in MD Posted November 8, 2019 Report Posted November 8, 2019 What a dumb penalty. Quote

That's 5% lower than a good power play Quote

They have a difficult time completing tape to tape passes, the Reinhart Goal being the an exception, (Blind Squirrel Nut Analogy) , Skinner, Reinhart Corsi gets worse when their respective lines are out with McCabe and Risto. And neither is a capable puck mover. The Dahlin-Miller Pairing is not longer together and they had the worse analytics on the team but they were a threat to create scoring chances. What should the pairings be ? Quote
Randall Flagg Posted November 8, 2019 Report Posted November 8, 2019 That was a penalty, but I'm still pissed off at the refs today for general ineptitude Quote

So it's probably because they haven't looked CLOSE to scoring on those other 11. Quote
