Tondas Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 Islanders look ok, not 8 wins in a row good though, Aside from the Hutton flub, we're right with them. Quote

Kruppstahl Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 Great to hear the Pat Hannigan reference. I vaguely remember him as color analyst when I was little. Forgot all about him. Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 Nice response after last night!!!.... Not! Quote

bunomatic Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 I wish we had a couple guys willing to make the other team pay a price AND more than a few guys willing to pay a price themselves to make shite happen. All shots are from the outside. No one is willing to drive to the net. Its aweful to watch. 1 Quote

Sidc3000 Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 We’ll definitely a better 1st than last night but the level of play from the opponent is certainly different. Goal was a fluke or it would still be 0-0 a whole lot of shooting wide Quote
Pimlach Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 Dudley the pugilist. Nice. He could score too. 2 Quote
nfreeman Posted November 2, 2019 Author Report Posted November 2, 2019 They look OK to me and they are hustling and playing the Isles, a good team, pretty evenly, but the execution isn’t quite there. They’ve had a few good chances in tight and have whiffed. Hutton has made a few good saves after that softie too. 2 Quote

Kruppstahl Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 Wow, Rick Dudley is almost unrecognizable now! I have such fond memories when he was the coach, going crazy and genuinely scaring me! 2 Quote
Pimlach Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 The names, Peter McNab, Spinner Spencer, Jimmy Lorentz, Billy Inglass ... way to go Duds! ... long hair, side burns, head band. Loved those 70’s players. 2 Quote
sodbuster Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 The broadcast team should wear these jackets all the time. Quote
