I wouldn't call them bad calls, but there were several times when the Sabres were hooked and tripped and they didn't call them.

I had a childhood friend I met as a kid on the West Side. Later in high school we were reunited in the Town of Tonawanda as both our families moved there.  After college we both ended up in southern cal and were reunited again.  We went to every Sabres-Kings game, every Bills game, etc.  

Decades later he is in Vegas and I in St Louis but we still kept in touch, thanks to internet/cell phones, etc.  

We both have NHL.TV and we text each other during Sabres games.  

He passed away this summer.   I just plain forgot.  I started a text to him about this game and stopped after a few words.  I forgot he is gone.
