erickompositör72 Posted September 25, 2019 Report Posted September 25, 2019 Is this the day our dreams come true, and we see an opening-night-ready lineup with no Sobotka? Quote

Zamboni Posted September 25, 2019 Report Posted September 25, 2019 Will we have a Buffalo broadcast crew or will the Blue Jackets crew be patched in? Quote

No, this is the last game for bubble players to prove it. I think Friday vs Pitt will be a pretty good indication of the opener 1 Quote

TrueBlueGED Posted September 25, 2019 Report Posted September 25, 2019 Swap out Gilmour for McCabe and flip a coin between Sheary and Thompson for press box duty, and that's our most likely opening night roster, right? Quote

LGR4GM Posted September 25, 2019 Author Report Posted September 25, 2019 I oddly think that 2nd line could work. Could be the key word. Quote

Hopefully all 3 on the 4th line are there tonight just to show whether they can beat somebody else out or not. (And Sobotka not even that much, just to fill in for the injured Larsson. ) If Skinner can play at his upper Carolina level, with using last year's 4th line (or subbing Lazar into Kyle's spot and sliding him into the press box) that is probably the best grouping they can come up with based on the current forwards.
