I grew up in Red Wings land and boy howdy I tell ya, every morning you'd have to get up an hour early just to go out and shoo the damned winged wheels away from the bird feeder. Always taking the best seed and scaring off the good bird. Rascals.

so pretty.  I love white gloves.  Sad they're only for a year.  I hope when they move to royal blue, the white jersey looks exactly like this except with the lighter blue and a switch from gold to yellow (that is, no shoulder-pads like the originals)

A nice lemon yellow paint job, accented by all accessories in Avocado, and decorated in a lot of Apple stuff. Perfect.

Oh, and on the wall behind the table ...in a beautiful gold.

I feel like these jerseys won't age well...over time that color scheme is just going to look more and more urine soaked, maybe it was an intentional choice to act as a metaphor for the state of the Sabres.

they apparently did such a bad job that none of the fans would smile for the photos that were taken for the promotional campaign.

It seems like they’re giving the fans exactly what they would want, minus the V sweater. The lack of smiles is pretty weird though.

And a white crest I'm assuming? I hope they don't keep a gold crest on the new uniforms, which I've read some suggest. 

I like these special ones though for the 50th.

The Canucks were correct to bring back the skate, and they were uber correct to take the word "Vancouver" off the front of their jerseys. That was one of the worst jersey mishaps in this league, which flew under the radar.

I really wish they’d move on from that whale breaking out of the C logo. It’s always looked awkward to me. Isn’t there some sort of corporate connection though that will keep them using it?

It doesn’t look nearly as piss stained as the mock up. I agree that the texturing in the buffalo is sharp. Overall I like it! I’m definitely going to get one.
