tom webster Posted May 29, 2019 Report Posted May 29, 2019 (edited) Once again, my pessimism is slowly replaced by faint optimism and I decide to renew by tickets. I know there was talk last year of going with cheaper tickets. I’m just trying to gauge interest to see if the group is again interested in me helping to secure same tickets. Because there is one less home game my overall cost is staying the same so, in turn, tickets would remain somewhere in the $90-$100 range. Obviously without a schedule I’m not expecting any guarantees just a yea or nay at this time. Edited May 29, 2019 by tom webster 1 Quote
Neo Posted May 29, 2019 Report Posted May 29, 2019 Interested and grateful ... for me, it’s all about the travel schedule. Quote

LTS Posted May 30, 2019 Report Posted May 30, 2019 I'd probably opt for a 300 level this time. But you never know. As always, it depends on when and what conflicts I have. But as always, I am interested. Quote
Weave Posted May 30, 2019 Report Posted May 30, 2019 If the team is worth a ticket purchase I could be motivated... Quote
R_Dudley Posted May 30, 2019 Report Posted May 30, 2019 If schedule and travel work out I would be interested and would see some family while I am at it. Quote
nfreeman Posted May 30, 2019 Report Posted May 30, 2019 I keep saying this but I am going to try again this year. And thanks Tom. Quote

Still, there's always the pre/post game Quote
darksabre Posted May 30, 2019 Report Posted May 30, 2019 I like doing these even if the team sucks. Count me in if there's a game that looks good on the schedule. Quote
North Buffalo Posted May 30, 2019 Report Posted May 30, 2019 Yeh me errr also... finally went to a game the Sabres won... Quote
Zamboni Posted May 30, 2019 Report Posted May 30, 2019 Get me up to speed here ... so Tom buys multiple tickets to a game in an agreed upon section. And we all show up to go to the game together? IF that’s the case, maybe have a pregame get together dinner at Chefs or 716. It would allow more convo with everyone instead of just who you sit next to at the game. Just a thought.... 1 Quote

I really going to try to make it this year. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted May 30, 2019 Report Posted May 30, 2019 Year one we met at the gate and it went well, year two, we met at Coles after the game and it went well. Year 3, we didn't make a solid plan, and we decided to go to Labatt brew house after the game and it was a mess, too busy, no seating, so for year 4, we have to set a solid plan and stick with it 1 Quote

It is always a crowded mess down there. Quote
