Got us to a Conference final loss his first season and never got close again. Basically dismantled the team and sold it for draft picks. Notable were Mike Ramsey and two HOF players in Housley and Andreychuck. Also drafted Tom Barrasso who he mysteriously dealt to Pittsburgh just prior to leaving Buffalo and then accepting a GM job there. Hmmmm He lives here as well 1 Quote

Tondas Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 How can pros have such difficulty in passing the puck??? Quote
Pimlach Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 Would like to see Eichel and Skinner take control of this game and make the fans happy. 1 Quote

Stoner Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 You know what I can do without? Overt demonstrations of disappointment after missing the net. Talking to you, Conor. Quote

Pimlach Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 Instead of Eichel taking control it Larkin. Quote
dudacek Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 Might have gone wide if Linus didn’t get a piece of it. And that might be the first 5 on 5 goal against Nylander has been on for. Quote

It's funny to think that after those big draft years of 1982 and 1983, Scotty lasted only until the fall of '86. Quote
dudacek Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 I am surprised by how involved Nylander has been. He looks like he belongs. Quote
Tondas Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 Just when we get fast, puck moving defensemen, it looks like the league is moving back toward bigger thumpers on D. Our D-men are being overpowered. Quote

Pimlach Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 From the draft of 2014. Don’t look now but Larkin has more career points than Reinhart. As does Draisital and Pasternak by wide margins. Ehlers , Point and Arvidsson will be passing him soon. Quote

I'm trying to temper my expectations due to how many others on the team are playing, and due to quality of competition. But he looks pretty good, I agree. Quote
