Sabres can go to the locker room with the lead, knowing the Leafs will have to score a few more goals in the second to take the game from them.

Not that it matters, but if we were somehow in a playoff spot Dahlin would probably have a legitimate shot at the Calder.

It's one of the mysteries of Sabres hockey. Is the reaction genuine? Vogl wrote a long time ago that he thought Doug was being booed.

So weird to hear dead silence as the goal horn goes. 

When I buy the Sabres, the horn will go. Because that's what it creates: a lack of reaction. Why should anyone bother making a sound when the horn does it for you? I don't think the lack of sound had all that much to do with all the Leafs fans. It's happened before and it sounded the same.

Sabres need to do something about the infiltration of Leaf fans, it’s embarrassing and getting worse 

Maybe have 1 game a season where you can’t sell your tickets online? 

I understand why people sell. They make a lot of $ off them and the sabres haven’t provided a product worth keeping the tickets.

Absolutely. Amazing how many players treat the puck like a hand grenadine.

Way too many turn overs.  Specially at center ice.  Play it along the boards instead of cross ice.

They are way more skilled than our players but you can tell they're being taught.  The way their player with the puck passes, then immediately gets open, is something we simply do not do.

Other than a power play goal we have not done much.  

 

This is team needs to dig deeeper.  It’s up to Eichel, Skinner, Reinhart, Risto to make some plays.
