What I hate more than a double minor, more than giving up two goals on the  double minor .... the sound of enemy fans in our house.  It sounds  like we are on the road.  The place is filled with Pittsburgh fans, and they are in the good seats.

Just because you sell guys like Sobotka, Hunwick, Thompson, Okposo  and Mittelstadt as NHL players doesn't mean people have to buy it.

Some good coaches available at the end of the year: Boucher, Quenneville, Ruff to name a few.  Just sayin'.

Too much time on the PK.

The double minor if someone bleeds might be the stupidest rule in all of sports.

With that said, it was a really bad high stick.

Thanks Wilson.  Undisciplined play leads to two goals.  Instead of heading to the third with the lead....the team is down by one.

He has played a strong game.  Unfortunate that the stick slides up.  Could have been accidental high stick that resulted in a double minor.   The blood rule is antiquated BS

Was that almost a full ten minutes on the PK? That’s enough for a full game, let alone a period.

We’re lucky to be only down one.

This is a winnable game.

I loathe the high stick.  Victimized by is prior to the days of helmets but it was rare.  Today many players carry the stick too high and it leads to penalties.  Wilson hit him mid arm.  Not needed.

He's a great AHL player.....Jody Gage 2.0. Not a very good NHL'er

Now thats how you do a one timer something the Sabres don't seem capable of mastering.

To be fair there's only one or two players in the league who can make that shot, Crosby included.

It also helps when all four Sabres are on the opposite side of the ice, leaving one of the leagues elite wide open with a yawning net staring at him.

Better than Gage.  But I get it.  He is one of about 9 fourth liners that we are carrying.

Marty said ”Letang”. Being French Canadian, he knows that that is French for “the tang.”
