Tondas Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 To his right or left, whatever Rob. Quote
Thorner Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 (edited) Like him or not, gotta credit Housley for sticking with Scandella. The only way this young kid is going to learn how to play in this league is to get ice time, and Phil isn't afraid to throw away dozens of games in the name of his development. Scandella is our franchise guy going forward, gotta let him work out this season long funk. Edited February 16, 2019 by Thorny 1 Quote

Stoner Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 Rangers are punking us so far. Okposo has a bee in his bonnet tonight. Quote
MODO Hockey Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 This is what u get for playing sloppy, big loss coming up unless they shape up 1 Quote
Samson's Flow Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 Scandella on the ice for both goals so far. Shocking... Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 We look like garbage. Very uninspired team. That is shocking considering where we are at. Embarrassing. No desperation or passion. 1 Quote

Pimlach Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 We had a good 3:30 to start the game. Since then we are getting out worked and we continue to struggle breaking out of our zone. Quote
Scottysabres Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 Plenty of game left, but yea, they definitely aren't playing inspired. Quote

Thorner Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 (edited) The Sabres are going to finish 3-3-1 on their crucial homestand. I think they've leveled out a bit from their recent slide, which is good to see. But a .500 points % team is, I think, about what these guys are. With the anomaly of the streak, we finish around 90 points. To me an 82 point team is about representative of who they are. We are back to where we were after the 15/16 season. (81 points) Edited February 16, 2019 by Thorny Quote
Radar Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 They are where I expected/hoped they would be. That ten game streak was an aberration. Quote
Nitro60 Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 Missed a golden opportunity with that carom off the end boards. This is a make or break game for the Sabres Quote
Pimlach Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 (edited) The only thing holding back Tage Thompson is Tage Thompson. He needs to use his size and reach and play with some intensity and anger. Edited February 16, 2019 by Pimlach 1 Quote
Tondas Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 Tage's wingspan is enormous. He could stand at the center ice dot and his stick could touch either side boards. Quote
DarthEbriate Posted February 16, 2019 Report Posted February 16, 2019 Tage has the reach of a Sarlacc, dianoga, rathtar, wookiee. Quote
