Randall Flagg Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 So my buddy told me Hopkins dropped a pass in the first half. Wild

The numbers prove he was very effective, even in the first half. Look at those first half numbers: 15 of 23 passing. 65.2% completion. 141 yards. 10 first downs. Unfortunately those turnovers erased that performance. IMO he was responsible for 1 turnover, the fumble on the sack. The other three were on Morse, Beasley and a blocked pass. Of course it's easier to just say Allen sucks. It's not a "lazy narrative." He was lousy from about halfway through the 1st quarter until the 4th quarter.
Randall Flagg Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 Good thing the Texans traded a franchise-QB-worthy haul for Tunsil eh Pretty sure that guy was bad his rookie year and just solid last year

Randall Flagg Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 Alrighty gonna quit picking on that trade for a hot second
ubkev Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 Holy cow! Missed XP! And a reply of the down! Talk about a lucky break!
Randall Flagg Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 I'd so much rather watch OT than DEN/OAK though ?
Randall Flagg Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 Football can be simply incredible 1

Randall Flagg Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 Can't wait to watch Elite Joe Flacco
Taro T Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 Guess that takes the sting out of the roughing the kicker call. Heck of a game.
Randall Flagg Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 The Bills' twitter shows a view of the game winning touchdown that shows Josh looking off the safety twice before hitting Brown. Either that, or he was going through progressions. I'm pretty poor at identifying that stuff. Either way, another sign of growth. That didn't happen last year
Randall Flagg Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 This is the same guy that blasted Hauschka from behind and injured him last year Also, just saw video of the Brees hero ball cross-body on the run interception A nice highlight to the point that this is NFL football and no QB is immune to making several bad decisions in a game, and that's okay, especially when they can collect fourth quarter wins
ubkev Posted September 10, 2019 Report Posted September 10, 2019 Wow, that's a bad drop. Like, really bad. Like, I'd have caught that. Like, Denver better win or it's all your fault!

Now I'm not saying the bills are going to win, but, come on now. Why try and outthink the league in week 1? Jets are a 3 point favorite at home. That's basically a push. Especially when there are numerous safe bets out there today. Chiefs, Ravens, Eagles, Chargers, Seahawks, and I'll even throw in the Saints, Pats and maybe even the Broncos. Well, I went 7 for 8. Not too shabby.
