You need 2 points either way, but if you kick an EXP, you have one scoring drive needed if you stop them and get the ball back, and should have enough time to keep the playbook relatively open. If you miss the 2, then you need two stops, two drives, and can't call either one the way you'd want to. By making it though it also changed the complexion of the game. Now it's a winnable game and Baltimore must be feeling a bit of pressure.

Randall Flagg Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 Refs holding our hands down the field! Yeah, that was PI.
Neo Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 We are benefitting from calls. That said, NFL football is unwatchable with penalties.
nfreeman Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 Oh, the refs, the refs! They're always out to get us!

Randall Flagg Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 Tough game. I'm not discouraged. 3
nfreeman Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 Great effort by the D. Lousy games for Allen, the O-line and most of the rest of the offense.

Randall Flagg Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 I love John Brown. Imagine Mike Evans running that route. We'd be going to overtime. 1
Weave Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 That was a way better game than I expected. They are good enough to hang with the leagues best right now. 1
Stoner Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 Did the Raven player grab a beer from a Baltimore fan and drink some of it after the breakup?

Gatorman0519 Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 Back to work! I’d be very very happy to beat Pittsburgh. Another very tough game coming.
triumph_communes Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 Foster is trash. Guy gives up on every drive then gets overthrown don’t blame Brown there he was perfectly defended. but the tight ends left a lot to be desired. Missed tackles and dropped passes galore. Ugh 1

He has very good speed, sure hands that won't make spectacular grabs but are reliable, and runs a variety of routes impeccably. A perfect #2 that won't win you the game on the last play of the game. Need to find the #1. And on that last play, a #1 is simply not that well covered in man. Edited December 8, 2019 by Randall Flagg 2

Ugh This year we are playing with house money. The roster is not complete yet and McDermott even said so.

To be fair, Jackson has 3TEs better than any weapon we have, schemed college open every play. He was o-fer on NFL throws to the boundary today, he wasn't very good either
Sabres Fan in NS Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 The Bills were right there with argueably the best in the league. Neither offense was very good. A battle of very good defenses and the Bills bent first and last. Neither broke, really.
Randall Flagg Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 I'm curious about what happened to Poyer on the long TD.

He left 2 and arguably 3 TDs on the field today simply because he struggles with accuracy. He also threw up a lame duck pass while scrambling that should have been intercepted. He has done that before and was supposed to have "learned" from it. He didn't. 43% completion today.
