disheartening

I was going to use exasperating, but that would imply I'm very emotional....disheartening more shows my feelings plus me losing interest.

Suffering

This is the word I think, because it was spoken aloud by management itself, and rarely has a statement from management proven to be so accurate over time. It represents not only the pain but the self-inflicted nature of it all.

I just had a mental image of the Buffalo Sabres with jet black hair, fingernails, and lipstick, badly needing some vitamin D, wearing black pants and jacket, and holding a blood soaked towel over a shallow cut wrist.

Now that everyone has played this game, can we elevate this to an actual conversation and discuss ideas beyond a single word?

Please?

Yes. The speeches are over. You may deliver the response.
