Especially because the owner said publicly a few weeks back that the goal is to be perpetually competitive sometime around 2022.  (Which means 3 more years of unwatchable.  Minimum.)

Trades will come out for the next hour or so while they get processed. They just have to be submitted by 3pm and it takes time to process them.
