They are not generating any offense at all. Placing him on the same line as those other two is going to neutralize all three for the reminder of the game. Moving Mittelstadt up with Reinhart should have been the move Eichel/Skinner/Thompson were getting dominated because Thompson is a offensive zone possession time killer. Puck goes to him, possession ends. Mittlestadt with Reinhart would have been a better move, but that turns Eichel into a playmaker. Mittlestadt with Skinner and Eichel with Reinhart would create two playmaker/scorer lines. Would fill out the two top lines with ERod and Larry. Quote
Thorner Posted January 12, 2019 Report Posted January 12, 2019 (edited) If Larsson and Pominville are going to score, we need Jack now. Let's go Jacky!!! Edited January 12, 2019 by Thorny Quote

Scottysabres Posted January 12, 2019 Report Posted January 12, 2019 (edited) Deserved loss. I don't mean to be an alarmist, but Botterill has to do something. the playoffs are fading fast and while it's nice to believe futures may step in right away, the reality is the here and now is so much more important for this teams confidence. Botterill simply cannot continue to wait imho. P.S. I really liked both Ferland and Faulks game tonight. Edited January 12, 2019 by Scottysabres Quote
