Stoner Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 (edited) Another icing where the linesman waits until the players are below the goal line. Edited January 6, 2019 by PASabreFan Quote
John Tucker Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 Sabres horrible second periods (long change) a result of coaching, youth, or both? Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 I feel bad for Ullmark. It feels like we are back to watching last years team sadly. Quote

Stoner Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 Do they have one scoring chance in this game? Quote
SABRES 0311 Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 This game should be broadcast on CSPAN. 3 Quote
bunomatic Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 I'm not sure Phil knows how to light a fire under these guys. The body language right from the opening faceoff read we're going to chase this all game and lose. So far they're following the script. 1 Quote

They're playing like a team that knows they're worthless without #9 Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 Ullmark is the only guy that showed up Quote
Tondas Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 Interesting strategy. Start the game in alamo mode, and plan to play hard for the final 5 minutes. It's a bold strategy, but let's see how it works out for us. Quote
Stoner Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 Look at Sobotka coast toward that puck along the boards in the Boston zone. Kind of says it all tonight. 2 Quote
SABRES 0311 Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 It would be ok if this game/effort was an anomaly but it’s the post streak theme. Just wanted to put that out there in case any feels like we are just whining. 1 minute ago, Tondas said: Interesting strategy. Stoner Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 And Skinner coasted too right there. Casey went barn! Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 And Mitts wide open missed the net... Quote
SABRES 0311 Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 How, that close, does Mitts miss the net? Quote
Cityo'Rasmii Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 we're grilled like a Ted's dog 1 Quote
TheAud Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 Mittlestadt has to at least get that shot on net. He’s lost confidence in his game. I still think he needed 1/2 season in Rochester. Quote

Cityo'Rasmii Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 (edited) Mitts missed the net from 6 feet?? Edited January 6, 2019 by Cityo'Rasmii Quote

Because what you see as open net from the angle we're at Mitts sees as completely obfuscated by the goalie. It went over the net because he was trying to pick a corner. This isn't rocket appliances. 1 Quote
John Tucker Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 And Jack Edwards is still complaining about the no goal! Quote
