As much as I respect Pastrnak and Bergeron, I would not trade our roster for that one. We can and should finish ahead of them this year. Let’s prove it tonight.

We haven’t had a problem getting up for games like this, The Bruins were embarrassed by the last game and will be hyped.

Im looking forward to some good hockey.

I seem to remember a report that Moore will not be playing tonight either.

The (it's taking all that I have not to insert that word right here) Bruins are depleted tonight.  We need to take full advantage.

So here we are. Time to see what this team is made of. There is enough tape out there now so teams are not surprised by the Sabres anymore.

I believe the blueprint goes something like this, Shut down our top line; there is very little to no secondary scoring, play us physical; we shy away more than initiate, Capitalize on our mistakes; because we will make them when we press.

We have not been getting the lights out goal tending from Hutton we got before he was injured. Ullmark started to show signs and was my choice for the St Louis game but is he out now ?

This Sabres teams pressing style needs very strong goal tending and defensive play to succeed going forward. The hardest part of their season is coming up now and if they can't meet and or exceed every other teams compete they are playing I expect more Blues games than Ducks.

Let's go Buff-a-lo show us and the rest of the league the first half was not a fluke..

Lol, I've yet to see this team shy away from being physical.

Game plan, play fast and cycle. Use the defense because ours is better. Work low to high and transition fast. Boston won't keep up.

The Islanders are creeping up.  As well as the Habs.  We need another 3-4 game win streak.  We could literally be out of a playoff spot soon if we drop the next two.

We're fine, we'll win. I'm not worried.

The Latvian Locomotive works his tail off EVERY shift for us and will be missed.  Hurry back, Zemgus!!

Pilut out. Beaulieu in. Scandella inexplicably still in.

We’re a really stupid organization sometimes, huh?

There is no plausible explanation for Scandella and Beaulieu being in over Pilut.

Yes there is, they bring size and experience.   Not saying it is he right move, but it is plausible.

So Housley is ignoring the fact that despite their size and experience the Sabres are much worse when those two are on the ice compared to Pilut?

The same coach who wanted to provide a jump start in secondary scoring so he moves Remi Elie to the second line?

Is it plausible that Housley makes very questionable decisions at times?
