I thought it was pretty much boarding but maybe they let it go because Fischer was so bent over.

What PA said. I don't think you have to hit someone up that high to get a boarding penalty. But I think if you're sticking your butt out like that you should expect to get pushed. I'm fine with them not calling it boarding, but I feel like I've seen lesser pushes get the gate.
