Its called practice. Watching the NHL network after work i hear their commentary's butch goring was talking about the teams that are good all practice hard like they play the game the coaches demand the practices are played liek a game. They rarely give the players off and if you dog it practice is longer than you would want.. 

This team is soft mentally and physically and it looks like Phil doesn't have clue. Here comes 3 shifting the top line till that fails.
