They've gone 3 games without getting a goal while any of the bottom 9 forwards are on the ice. Will it be 4? And Zemgus on a defensive line >> Pominville on any non-Eichel-Skinner line or Vlad on any line or Tage on a defensive line I'd almost like to see the whole Nylander-Malone-Bailey line get promoted. Kind of a multi faceted good forechecking line. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted December 8, 2018 Report Posted December 8, 2018 (edited) You'd expect 3 games in 10 days to have your lineup healing, especially since we haven't played in 4 and we come out of that with the worst/most-injured lineup with the season so far. How does the injury situation get worse when we haven't even played I'm still really frustrated that we don't know why McCabe was upgraded, and Scandella is still out, these guys were slated to be back a week ago. Miller and Ott were traded to St Louis a few days prior, I think. I understand this, but a game against those dastardly Flyers is never 'just one game'. Ever!! http://www.nhltradetracker.com/user/trade_list_by_team/Buffalo_Sabres/2. Matt Moulson deal, Halak to WASH, and McNabb to the Kings. Murray lost 2 of 3 that day. One of his better days ?. Quote

Lol I remember that deadline being pretty anticlimactic, why was THAT the day Sabrespace has never seen more traffic? I would have thought clinching last place, drafting Eichel, Eichel's first game would have drawn more 1 Quote

I have no idea how that works. Shrader and I had a brief discussion about the fact that it makes no sense once you get past the top two lines on any team that you look up. The most interesting thing is that they show that what's his name is playing today on D. 1 minute ago, Randall Flagg said: Lol I remember that deadline being pretty anticlimactic, why was THAT the day Sabrespace has never seen more traffic? Removing the boardwork abilites from line 2 to put a guy who's been useless away from Jack there submarines it, followed by a combination on the fourth line that history has shown will turn it from a 60% puck possession line to a 20% puck possession line, and a whole lot of bleh from line 3. In fact, it make so little sense that I fully expect a 6-2 beatdown in which Jack's line scores zero of our six goals. Quote
