I've just decided the players must be insulting the ref's mother each time. 1 Quote
thewookie1 Posted November 28, 2018 Report Posted November 28, 2018 Dahlin was matches with Karlsson on his last shift and made both a great defensive dive play and effectively set up Skinner for the winner. 10 we want 11 2 Quote

I want them to make a strong drive not to the playoffs but the cup. Lessons learned now will pay benefits later. I am happy and not down. SO stop assuming. 18 minutes ago, caseydean said: I have been going to games since 1970 too. You are not being realistic, for some reason you want to be a downer. I assume nothing other than reading what you wrote after an historic win. Every team blows leads, it's hockey as Promo writes. And don't shovel that realism crap. It's a euphemism for negativity. 10 wins in a row, that's the reality. Guys, guys, relax! 1 1 Quote

Randall Flagg Posted November 28, 2018 Report Posted November 28, 2018 Hutton very quietly saved their bacon again in this one. It's so amazing when you're getting above average NHL goaltending. IMO he's the team MVP, just ahead of Skinner, and Jack following right behind. Quote
JohnRobertEichel Posted November 28, 2018 Report Posted November 28, 2018 Didn't get to watch the game, but I just finished watching the highlights... Risto's goal....are you ***** kidding me???!!!! And Skinner....this guy is elevating his game to 92-93 Mogilny levels....how you like them STEAMED HAMS???!!!! 2 Quote

How often in today’s NHL does the winning goalkeeper not make a slew of key saves in a game? Quote

It was amazing. ? Quote

I was a freshman in college out of state the last time they were this good. This is the first season I've got to experience every game. Planning a game in December to go to with some fraternity brothers, it's surreal. Quote

Randall Flagg Posted November 28, 2018 Report Posted November 28, 2018 I never hoped for this much fun this season. It's truly magical. These are memories I'm going to daydream about for years, like I still do for 2005-2006, the way this hockey has melded beautifully with getting to come home after the longest stretch away in my life, and then again soon for Christmas. 1 Quote
