That’s a fantastic stat! Last year, not a single defenseman scored through the first 28 games. Not one. All 7 of our defenseman have scored this year, totaling 12 goals already.

The thing that is kind of scary with him is that he already looks so very composed and solid as an 18 year old, yet you can tell he is nowhere close to his ceiling either.  

He looks to be everything that was advertised and more.  Another Nick Lidstrom with perhaps even more offensive upside?

On the OP with the lineup thingie there is a ranking for each player.  If I am reading this correctly Eich is the 15th ranked centre in the league, right?  

What are these rankings based on?

You want those rankings to really mess with your head? 31 teams, 4 centers per team... 124 centers. Now take a look at the bottom 6 centers on each team. 

 

Now play around with any of the higher numbers at other positions.

5.  Tape to tap pass to lead breakout.

6.  Holy crap shift that few others can make.
