Risto is a joke on the PP and it's ridiculous that Phil keeps throwing him out there. He does this stupid thing where instead of passing the puck quickly, to keep the PK off balance, he skates in the direction of where he's going to pass for a few seconds, THEN passes it. Allowing all the defenders to adjust.
