What is wrong with Okposo? His career high is 51 PIM in a season. This is now 16 PIM in 10 games.

Thats a pace for 131 PIM this season.

Becoming a goon as he loses his skills

Freaking Okposo...…….what the ***** dude...…….retire already, it's over...….

Dropping the mitts, I'm not sure that's a good idea for a guy who had a brain injury not too long ago.

Agreed.

Girgensons? haven't noticed him outside of the PK.

He's more disruptive than productive, yeah, but I can't say he's doing anything wrong.  Just the way the game is flowing around him.

Sad really, outside of that rookie season he really hasn't produced much of anything offensively. Maybe bring back Nolan as a 1 on 1 coach for him ?

Pommers with 2.  Anybody know the oldest Sabre scoring a hat trick (Perreault??).

Pommers (35 years, 10 months, 25 days) is older than Perreault was when Gilbert scored his last hat trick on 11-22-85 (35 years, 9 days).  (Eddie Shack was only 34 when he scored his last hattie.)

Ok at home all even, time to own that home ice in the 3rd and just play the way they played 3/4's of that 2nd period, play the body, puck possession and in the Canadians end.

Thanks Doohickie, now when Pommer gets his third, we'll be ahead of Rick and Rob with the trivia.

It looks like Perreault on Nov 22, 1985, just after his 35th birthday.

Jack reminding me of Lindross on the forecheck there, bowling over the Dman

My only memory of Lindros, other than our speed killing their brawn in the playoffs....  is him trainwrecking Hasek but the goal counted because I guess the puck crossed the the goal line before Dom did.
