Only Hope - Good Coach with Good Team is Fired

We usually see a couple of these each year and just have to hope that an offensive minded coach with a team not living up to expectations is fired. Who that coach may be is anyone's guess but in recent years, it happened in Boston, Montreal, Washington, etc..

Thoughts?

Boudreau and Quenneville could feasibly find themselves in trouble. 

I was reading Pens fans bitching about Sullivan recently, but I highly doubt anything happens there (tho JR has no issue firing big name guys)

Still pissed the Sabres didn't pick up Spuddy Gallant when he was available. Housley is soft.

I have been on the Fire Phil bandwagon since mid last year and see no reason to change my mind.

Phil reminds me of Jauron.

I wouldn't mind seeing Housley gone.  The roster is still incomplete but in 2 years we'll have the team we'll have.  I don't see a satisfactory game plan from Housley that is clear the players aren't or aren't good enough to execute.  Because of that - I don't want his system anymore.

Yeah.  I hopped on that bandwagon behind you before Gallant had even paid for his coach ticket back home.  Too bad Sabres management didn't get on board also.  Of course, had Murray gotten with the program, we'd still have him as GM.  So, maybe we need the NEXT good coach to be punted to come to Buffalo. ;)

I can't honestly think of one that's on the hotseat. Quenneville's the only maybe but I don't think he takes the heat for a depleted team there and he'd be more likely to retire (at least temporarily) before coming here.
