Tondas Posted October 4, 2018 Report Posted October 4, 2018 Chara is quickly becoming more hated for me than Brad Friggin' Park. Quote

Hoss Posted October 4, 2018 Report Posted October 4, 2018 Feel like we’ve been in their zone for a majority of the game so far. Some missed passed likely a chemistry thing at this point but feels like they’re playing fast than I’ve seen in years. Early in game one and don’t love the score but feeling decent. 1 Quote
Stoner Posted October 4, 2018 Report Posted October 4, 2018 Is it good for the PA announcer to say, "Bruins' first goal..."? I mean, doesn't that imply more are to come? If the Bruins are held to one goal, did Chara score the Bruins' first goal? "Bruins' goal..." would work for me. 1 Quote
Huckleberry Posted October 4, 2018 Report Posted October 4, 2018 I don't think its that bad, just need to shoot more. Quote
MODO Hockey Posted October 4, 2018 Report Posted October 4, 2018 Eichle and Skinner needs to step it up Quote

He is right in front and instead of shooting, passes it up. Idiotic. Sabres have been doing this the better part of the last 8-9 years. Shoot the damn puck. Is it really that hard? Quote

The only real explanation is that when you hit that pass it’s either a goal or a monster save. Quote

It's early, and they don't know each other too well yet, but I'd kill to see a few crisp passes that aren't bobbled or fanned on. Edited October 4, 2018 by ubkev Quote

I’m not going to do this. Quote

Iron Crotch Posted October 4, 2018 Report Posted October 4, 2018 Maybe it's my TV or maybe I need to eat more vitamins, but the picture looks sort of blurry at times on my CenterIce feed. (I haven't been drinking, so it's not that) Quote

Pass up perfectly good shots to instead try to pass to someone else who never has as good of position as the original shooter. It’s the Sabres way. There’s a reason they have been the lowest scoring team in the league for years. Shoot the damn puck. Quote
Tondas Posted October 4, 2018 Report Posted October 4, 2018 I'm trying to remain positive, but a goal sure would help out here. Quote
