Reinhart and Skinner.

A match made in heaven?

Guy on hfboards is in the arena watching and says we're getting outplayed quite handily, but goalies have been the difference.

And we actually have the pure talent to capitalize. Starkly unusual.

Yeah but is he reliable?

I'm not sure if that's really accurate too, or if that poster is just a pessimist of sorts. Probably is though. Just relaying the info.

Score update?

I mean I do trust most hockey fans who seek out and register on forums to be able to tell if one team is playing better than another, so probably

5-3 Sabres

Guessing it's because they don't want him to get hurt and there's really no reason to play those 3 guys. Skinner is new to the system, Reinhart is fresh from a hold out, and the others, well nobody knows where they're playing yet

Sounds like Nylander had his strongest game of the preseason so far, from what that poster is saying. Good news.

Casey Mittelstadt was apparently also solid, none of the mistakes we saw him making earlier.

My biggest question mark remains the existence of Tennyson.

Tennyson always says  "'Tis better to have played in the NHL and be sent down Than to have never played in the NHL at all."

That was pretty much two NHL teams out there tonight.

I’d take a young talented team that can score enough to make up for their defence and gets solid goaltending
