sabills Posted May 10, 2019 Report Posted May 10, 2019 All four finalists for the Euro Leagues are from the EPL. Spurs v. Liverpool for Champions League Chelsea v. Arsenal for Europa I think its the first time all 4 teams have been from the same nation. 1
That Aud Smell Posted May 10, 2019 Report Posted May 10, 2019 What a year for the English clubs, for sure. The combination of what Liverpool and Tottenham did is just unfathomable.
sabills Posted June 3, 2019 Report Posted June 3, 2019 I know this is like 28 hours late, but I thought that final was sorta boring.

Sabres Fan in NS Posted August 25, 2020 Report Posted August 25, 2020 Bump ... A kid from Canada (... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alphonso_Davies ...) is part of a European Champion ... 2020. Not bad for a teenage transfer from the MLS.
Sabres Fan in NS Posted May 30, 2021 Report Posted May 30, 2021 Not starting a new topic, but Chelsea beat Man C. 1 - 0 to win the 2021 CL. Ho hum, at least the club from London does not win it very often. Also, Pulišić is very, very good. I would not be surprised if a World Player of the Year comes his way at some point. He is that good.
Sabres Fan in NS Posted May 29, 2022 Report Posted May 29, 2022 Another boring result in CL 2022 Real Madrid beats Liverpool to win their 5,000th CL. There really is noeve that much excitement in these tourneys with generally the same sides competing every year.
