I find it hilarious that people will put up with paying five dollars for a bottle of beer in a bar, but won't pay what probably amounts to 2 dollars a game for NHL.TV. And that's if you only watch the Sabres.

Not exactly apples to apples here. I'm going to a bar for the atmosphere/people, the game is the game no matter how I get it

Personally If I'm lucky I can watch 20 games a year, with my shift work, so yeah not paying for NHL TV.  And I need to see it live without knowing the score.

I actually worked my payment out after signing up for the tv package.  Works out to $2.52 per sabres game.  Plus the benefit of watching any other game on top of that.

Yep. When I factor in all the other games I watch, it's less than a dollar a game. Best entertainment dollar out there.

The only down side, though, is that for the last five years, I've actually been able to see every Sabres game.
