What's the statute of limitations on being able to smash the window of any car with one of those classless F**K Biden stickers?

Why would you smash someone’s window?

It was a joke, but since you asked, why would someone put a sticker like that about the president on their car?

While I am sure there's some tongue in cheek aspect to this comment let's just take it for face value.

Smashing a window has no statute of limitations until after you do it. In the interests of not fanning highly volatile flames, let's refrain from discussing criminal behavior or violence of any kind in here, even partially or wholly in jest.

People like to advertise how they feel. They should be allowed to do so without violent retaliation from others. Sadly respect for others, especially those with differing opinions, seems to be lacking in our society today. So much so that people are willing to resort to violence in response. Imagine getting beaten up for merely wearing an opponent's jersey to a game.  And yet it happens...

Double standard.

Care to elaborate on what you are referring to so there's no need to guess?

There is a double standard on what is acceptable from each side. I find it pretty obvious to see.

This climate is exhausting, and there really is only one person to blame, and I will support him for the next 4 years.

No riots,  no destroying the capital, no crying of a stolen election, no tapes of someone illegally trying to change the outcome of a state.

Dems already setting up the next election win by just being a human being.

The next election needs to be about bringing humanity back into focus, instead of the hate pumped into the heads of voters by Billionaires. That want people to fight each other and forget the real problems this country and world faces.

The next 4 years will go poorly for the average American and should set up hopefully a better candidate.

Dems are morons if they run Kamala again which I've seen some posts on. It isn't about policy, it's about personality in the meme/20secs clip world of the 20's

Trump is going to tank the economy and put in place policies and laws that make paying 50 cents more for gas look like a joyride. I started in 2016 planning to never see my social security and I'm gonna double down on that for retirement.

The mass deportation plan that will go into effect in February will be brutal. There's also talk of revoking green cards and taking citizenship away from children of illegal immigrants. I'll be shocked if the day after pill isn't banned and 6 week abortion ban isn't at least put to a vote.

Department of education will be dismantled and if you think school choice works you're invited to look at what Devos did and how it failed. It's a scam to take money and create religious schools.

Chips act could get repealed. I expect an economic regression by year 3. NATO is now without the US as I think putin could invade Poland and trump wouldn't react. Taiwan is now in play which makes repealing the chips act even dumber.

The Supreme Court will be far right for the next 30years.

But hey, "it won't be that bad" ... right nfreeman? Right?

I can't speak fluently on some of the items you discuss but I will touch on Russia and China. I think China likes to sprinkle a bit of posturing into its actual endeavors. At this point in time, I do not see them invading Taiwan. I do see continued posturing as they pursue their economic and military goals.

I do not think Russia wants to expand their military engagements. Putin himself may want to restore a Soviet structure from his younger days, but I don't see support within the Russian populace.

The twenty-year war on terror was dominated by irregular warfare, not conventional. War with China and Russia would be completely different although I do believe the U.S. would "win." However, someone looks at war, the U.S. is very good at it. The use of combined arms down to the leadership capabilities displayed by lower enlisted personnel is uncanny. Essentially the U.S. has an awesome blend of technology and human capability.

If this is in reference to my comments, let me know.  But I'll say this. I don't have a side. I have problems with Republicans and Democrats and I most assuredly do not like Donald Trump regardless of what party he wants to be part of.

But as far as what I was referencing, it would not matter who was posting, there's no need to call out smashing car windows or any other destructive action against those who demonstrate their support for a candidate.

Oh, I fully believe in the us ability to wage a war on that scale.

Kamala can run again if she wants to, but I'd bet my life savings that she doesn't win the nomination.

As it was an offhand joke, something that I would never do, I already stopped caring.

When I woke up and heard that Trump said he didn't care if someone had to shoot through the press, well, I knew that he was the reason that this is where we are as a nation and not me. But I will be try to be a good boy.

Whatever.

I will be praying for the Constitution in the coming 4 years, and I am not a religious man.

You do realize that is literally what happened when Trump was elected in 2016.  Not to mention there is no reason to question a blow out, by election standards anyway

Sorry, stay with the topic we are talking about today's politics. This has been the most peaceful transition ever. It's good to see a side with humanity.

To the bolded.. we are aligned.

As to where we are as country, I am aligned with your thinking. I cannot control the country but I am tasked with attempting to keep this place civil and so I am attempting to do so. We'll put it to bed.  But if you believe I am not being fair to both sides I do expect to be called out for it and I will listen.

Reason I bring all that up is I don’t see China engaging in a full on invasion because Trump is elected. Nor do I think Russia will expand its operations to a NATO country.

I think both countries will have opportunities to do things without interference in their areas of interest.
