I saw an election sign this weekend for a guy name Harry Ennis.  I was amazed that the local teenagers hadn't already figured out the quick way to vandalize that sign, adding one letter and blacking out another.

Not for nothing, but how did this guy not end up with the nickname of Tennis? I feel like we dropped the ball on that one, guys.

That's only halfway there. His nickname should be "Shoe". #cockney

If its Cockney, don't we then also have to rhyme with shoe? Call him Roo or Lou or Chew.

So if you're going to go the tennis route, you would instead have to call him ball.  Sadly, that nickname is already claimed by Phil Kessel.

AFAIK, no. For instance, Yank rhymes with Tank, Septic Tank, so in the UK, Americans are referred to as "Septics". I can feel the love. I will admit that I'm not sure you can rhyme the first part of the phrase rather than the second, though.

Yep, they call us "seppo" in Australia. Same thing.

My only example is "We're on Barney. Barney Rubble. Trouble!" from Oceans 11 so
