Scottysabres Posted February 23, 2019 Report Posted February 23, 2019 J.T. Compher with his 13th and 14th, including the current game lead goal against Chicago. Dam does that kid look good. Works his ass off. I'd like a do over on that ROR trade, if no other reason then to have Compher in the blue & gold.

Never mind the eternal ROR debates, were we better off with Compher and Zadorov than we are with Thompson and this year's first? 1

SABRES 0311 Posted February 23, 2019 Report Posted February 23, 2019 Sabresbuzz disagreeing with the McDavid suspension. Hate to break it to ya bud but it might make him a little less of a target. If players think stars can get away with murder they will seek their own justice. They may still go after him but I doubt as much of a threat because he was held accountable.

Doohicksie Posted February 24, 2019 Report Posted February 24, 2019 Philly scored two late goals (the second with 19 seconds left in the 3rd) to tie the Pens in their stadium game. Bonus hockey coming.
Doohicksie Posted February 24, 2019 Report Posted February 24, 2019 ....and the Flyers win it in OT. ? 1
#freejame Posted February 25, 2019 Report Posted February 25, 2019 The Tkachuk boys square off against each other for the first time in their NHL career tonight (puck is about to drop). Should be a fun game to watch. I read earlier they’ve got about 40 family and friends at the game.
DarthEbriate Posted February 25, 2019 Report Posted February 25, 2019 Baptiste, who I liked as a 3/4 tweener/energy guy in reality (and loved as Eichel's career-long sniper linemate in EA NHL...2014?) is now a Leaf.

GASabresIUFAN Posted February 25, 2019 Report Posted February 25, 2019 Just saw this on Twitter from AHLPR. “A player must be on an AHL roster today in order to be eligible to be sent down from the NHL any time thereafter for the rest of the season.” I guess no Mitts and Tage to the minors.
Ducky Posted February 25, 2019 Report Posted February 25, 2019 Lemieux, 2019 1st and 2020 4th for Hayes.

WildCard Posted February 25, 2019 Author Report Posted February 25, 2019 Every now and then I like to look at William Karlsson and point out his s% regressed 9.4% and he's gone from 43-35-78 to 18-21-39 1

He isn't an 18% career shooter. 48 minutes ago, WildCard said: Every now and then I like to look at William Karlsson and point out his s% regressed 9.4% and he's gone from 43-35-78 to 18-21-39 Amazing how that works...

I am not trying to figure out how some league executive could maneuver to arrange a Karlsson sh% peak season - threatening opposing goaltender's families, equipment malfunctions, etc.
