Randall Flagg Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 Yeah, I'm gonna go back to not watching these with Eichel outPominville is Moulson bad, and the RistoCliff is huge this year. That's the word I made up for the annual decline that Ristolainen experiences after getting the most/hardest minutes in the league for some idiot reason, around game 50. Quote
PromoTheRobot Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 I shall call him ramen from now on He's cheap and gets the job done, plus (bowl) of noodles =ramen, so yeah If by "job done" you mean getting turned inside out by Kuznetsov, then yes. Quote
Sabel79 Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 Holy , Lehner just played the puck to a Sabre... Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 It can't be that easy, can it? Does it makes sense? What's the most we could get for him? Quote
Tondas Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 Does it makes sense? What's the most we could get for him? Got to retain 50%, that's a given. I think a 6 or 7th. They say you can never have too many D-Men in the playoffs. Quote
LTS Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 The entire team is checked out. I’m so glad I’m going to tomorrow’s game. Quote
Tondas Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 Kane being out is noticeable. With Jack and Kane out, their firepower is more like smokepower. Who's going to score? Quote
Thorner Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 I think Risto would be fine playing next to a bonafide #1 guy. But I don't think he can be the best defenseman on a good team. And unfortunately for us those are very hard to come by. How do you think he’d fare as a co-#2? Can he be tied for the best D on a good team? Kane being out is noticeable. With Jack and Kane out, their firepower is more like smokepower. Who's going to score? Something bleak where next year is concerned.. Quote
Brawndo Posted February 25, 2018 Author Report Posted February 25, 2018 (edited) Yeah, IB is plugged in...or he reads Harrington's Twitter feed. <_< That’s funny because Bob’ Tweet was at 4:23 while Harrington’s Breaking Tweet was at 4:51, 28 minutes later. So unless there is an IBN Time Machine, I’m pretty sure Bob broke it first. Here are the tweets with time stamps I’m going with he is plugged in https://twitter.com/incarceratedbob/status/967510271186165760 https://twitter.com/bymharrington/status/967517463998017536 Edited February 25, 2018 by Brawndo Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 If by "job done" you mean getting turned inside out by Kuznetsov, then yes. In fairness, I'm at the grand canyon right now and not watching, if I was, I may be tempted to jump Quote

I think he can absolutely be part of a relatively fluid top-4 that gets ~23 minutes each per night. Quote
Tondas Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 Nelson making the most of his opportunity. He's making some additional bucks on his next contract. Quote

CallawaySabres Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 So pretty and so pathetic at the same time Quote
Brawndo Posted February 25, 2018 Author Report Posted February 25, 2018 Calling Penalties is optional tonight Quote
Thorner Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 Risto beaten like a rented mule. Quote

Yes, Lehner whiffed but that was after Burakovsky skated through (not around, through) four Sabres. Housley could put Blue and Gold pylons on the ice and get the same result Quote
bunomatic Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 Lehner is the only guy on the team that seems to get a pass for bad play Quote
