Randall Flagg Posted September 29, 2018 Report Posted September 29, 2018 There's a cool piece published by the Athletic today about Chris Ivory. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 It's going to be a long day when a hobbled Rodgers has 35 seconds to throw the ball Quote

Randall Flagg Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Looks like today is the "down" part of the ups and downs we were expecting. 1 Quote
Hoss Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 LOL a flag for removing your helmet but not throwing Allen to the ground. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 It look like the magic Fitzpatrick run is over already. Sheesh the Bears are demolishing them. Quote

I'm as shocked to learn he's not a starter as I am to learn Bogosian is injured. I'm not sure what's more impressive: Allen completed a pass or that Benjamin caught a pass. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Separately, the Bucs defense is like Viagra for opposing offenses. Quote

The weird thing is that usually Fitz gets a big contract before he starts to suck, he skipped a step in the cycle this time. Â Damn, Josh, lol. 1 Quote
LGR4GM Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 This team lacks talent. Allen looks like his college tape Quote
Randall Flagg Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Rodgers is so amazing to watch tho. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 It's crazy how 50 yard field goals feel like chip shots now. Has narrowing the goalposts been talked about? Should they? Quote
Randall Flagg Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 (edited) Specifically, NFL kickers are making 17% more 50+yard FGs than they did early last decade. I know they've at least talked about it before Edited September 30, 2018 by Randall Flagg Quote
ubkev Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Any game not commented on by Tony Romo isn't worth watching. Quote
inkman Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Addition by subtraction. See ya Kelvin. Quote

SwampD Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Allen is the only thing worth watching on O. Everyone else is garbage. Quote

SwampD Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 Correction: hot garbage. Just now, TrueBlueGED said: Everyone is garbage. Including Allen; at least today he was. No. One rookie mistake. No time. No receivers open ever. Quote

No receivers open ever. I'm not pretending he got any help, but he was part of the problem. He was wildly inaccurate, ran into at least 2 of those sacks, and had the horrid INT (which, apparently, you think was his only bad play). If his last name was Taylor there'd be at least 30 posts in here saying he sucked. Edited September 30, 2018 by TrueBlueGED 1 Quote

Got some time in the first quarter and just missed everything. That or just panicked into a sack/throwaway. Quote
SwampD Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 On those sacks, there was not one receiver open anyway. Our receiver corp is the worst in the league. By a lot! 2 Quote
darksabre Posted September 30, 2018 Report Posted September 30, 2018 I'm continuing to stand by my assertion that McBeane have no idea what they're doing with respect to offensive player evaluation. The d played admirably today but the offense is a mess. Daboll might be a good coordinator, but you'd never know it. 2 Quote
