Allen has been “decent” at worst to this point. He’s a little off point and had two instances I thought he held it too long but it’s been clear he has nothing to go to on offense.

I think he's been bad, but I don't really put that on him, because I don't want him out there. 

He's better than Peterman at least.

I heard Harrison Phillips reference how the team always talks about Kaizen or "continuous improvement" as he explained (thanks meathead). Now that I know McDermott is one of these corporate jargon buttholes who love to throw around these terms but dont actually accomplish anything, it's all starting to make sense.

I actually think that was Allen's worst drive of the extended ones, throwing the ball. But he has enough raw talent that it worked out.
