LGR4GM Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 (edited) over the last 25 penalty kills, the Sabres have allowed 44% of them to be goals... thxs Twitter I haven't watched too much hockey recently and I know KO's production is back up but in 3 games I don't think I've seen that guy successfully get the puck to a line-mate in any zone. Just wait til Jack has someone nearly as dangerous on his line like many teams with stars have. Finally having something to compare this nonsense to will really open our eyes to the hockey we've suffered through the last 5 years Like say... Tkachuk? Edited January 23, 2018 by SkuggaLiger Quote
Brawndo Posted January 23, 2018 Author Report Posted January 23, 2018 Eichel and Okposo are developing some nice chemistry Quote

Give and go, Okposo to Eichel. :) Tkachuk, 2 minutes for embellishment? Quote
Sabel79 Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 Even by the new less than zero tolerance standard, that's a weak-ass slashing call on KO there. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 See the last play. Give and go, Okposo to Eichel. :) T'was nice. Hyperbole can bite ya. I like Scandella, and I'll like him even better when he gets to play the Falk/Gorges role. Not handling the puck, and playing defense. Quote

Sabel79 Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 Oooooh, look at that, Risto cleaning someone out... Quote
Randall Flagg Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 Only the Sabres get called for embellishment penalties For embellishing their face into the ledge on the boards Quote
SwampD Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 Oooooh, look at that, Risto cleaning someone out... McCabe, too. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 Jack, your groins are more important than an offside Quote
Sabel79 Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 On the bright side, Smith didn't have to sell that one... Quote
Randall Flagg Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 Smith dove like crazy there. Quote

dudacek Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 Baptiste doing what he needs to stay up. Fearless speed. Quote
Tondas Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 Baptiste trying to make a good impression by killing the goalie He made a good impression on me. Quote
Sabel79 Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 I think. Nah. He got runned over. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 If it's on Baptiste I'm cool with it but also I don't think Smith had to do that.Baby steps. As they start to drive the net more and more, the snow melting and flowers blooming, they might get the hang of it before golf season Quote
SwampD Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 I love that penalty. I wish we saw it more. Quote
LTS Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 You know what... I like the drive to the net there.. Penalty be damned. Granted if prefer Baptiste to hold up more but at least he was committed to getting to the net. Quote
ubkev Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 (edited) Baptiste doing what he needs to stay up. Fearless speed. That's how it should be every time. Every single time. If the goalie doesn't want to get hit, he can move. Edited January 23, 2018 by ubkev Quote
