inkman Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 This hits hard. Same age, music from my formative years. Linger is just wonderful. Quote

josie Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 Absolutely loved growing up listening to her. She had a hard life in many ways and it's sad she found peace from the world so young. Tonight at the studio we played her music during class. It was rather melancholy but in a very peaceful way. We all kind of did little freestyle performances to Linger. Just kinda happened. Quote
GASabresIUFAN Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 I saw the title of this thread and it didn't dawn of me that she was the lead singer of the Cranberries until I was listening to Linger tonight. 46 is much to young to die. RIP. Quote
LTS Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 Saw them play at a small concert in Central Park around 1995. It was a cloudy day with a light misting rain in late Spring when everything was green. Seemed oddly fitting for the music. Was always a fan... she had been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder according to what I had read yesterday. Quote
