Thorner
Ristolainen hurt again. This team is just too much, too often. Sigh.

Scottysabres
Not as bad as I thought it would be. Hope Risto is ok. The 3rd should be entertaining.
Thorner
The Sabres are the worst team in the league, because they have the worst roster in the league. But they are also exceptionally unlucky, particularly with injuries. Or perhaps regular levels of negative luck are just magnified, because we are always in such a hole to begin with. Hard to say. But one thing does seem certain, we are basically the Cleveland Browns of the NHL
Stoner
Did he really break his wrist or forearm on the netting? Sure looks like it on replay.
matter2003
Another game another offensive performance where the team acts like its allergic to scoring goals. For Christ's sake its not the coaches its these bums on this team...sick of watching them and hearing their lame ass excuses every night...JBots needs to start moving players..its never going to change with this group. Meanwhile a team of mostly castoffs and never has beens that hasnt ever played with each other before a few months ago is well ahead of them in the standings and leading their division(Las Vegas)...they should be ashamed of themselves Edited November 29, 2017 by matter2003

It's all about next year! Whatever the position is that we could potentially fall to in the lottery after finishing last, THAT is how many elite players there are in this draft. Finishing last guarantees one! In seriousness, Tampa is obviously a great team, and down 2-0 isn't really so bad, I guess. #freejame
https://streamable.com/2yt9v Video of Risto going into the net. Little choppy and without sound, but they'll get better.

Wouldn't want it giving out too much, leading to a collision with the ice, I guess..... Edited November 29, 2017 by Thorny

Yeah I know...ive been saying it for 18 years with the Bills and 7 going on 8 with the Sabres...next year never seems to come. Besides we will never get the #1 pick..some team that finishes 8th or 9th and had a singular bad year after 4 or 5 years of playoff appearences will get it Edited November 29, 2017 by matter2003
Thorner
On the positive side, Eichel is shooting a lot more. The negative side of that is that after today he'll likely be down to 2 assists in 10 games, leading to a seasonal pace of 62 points. Thorner
Ristolainen is back! Taut netting for the win! Look Mr. Frodo, some luck at last. The Sabres are Frodo Baggins. It's mostly been misery and pain. But we'll get there in the end. But the Journey is going to take something away from us. Tondas
Ristolainen is back! Taut netting for the win! Look Mr. Frodo, some luck at last. Risto's toughness is something that can't be taut. This is pun night, right?
