Iron Crotch Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 When you have good players they actually score goals. Amazing how that works. Quote
Nitro60 Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Basic hockey...on offense you hustle and score. On defense you hustle and hit. Sabres need to be reminded of this. Quote
Stoner Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Lehner looked like Fred Sanford faking a heart attack. Quote
Stoner Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Wait for it... "We ran into a hot goalie." Quote
JohnRobertEichel Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Just checking in to see how the Sabres are doing. And....................................I'm out. Quote
hockeyhound Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Let's Go Buffalo! 2-0 blue jackets Wow, embarrassing. We're on our way to the longest losing streak in Sabres history. Good Luck, so much for the playoffs. Quote
Jacque Richard Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Pegula got ripped off buying this minor league team Holy cow Quote
Billznut Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Compare this years team to the tank years. Very very similar results. Better with Corsi, SOG, and TOP, but goals scored and win loss record pretty much dead even. Just think about that. Look at the “talent” this team has compared to 3-4 years ago, and NOTHING has changed. Loss after loss. No scoring. Quote
darksabre Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Completely outworked. We're weak. Soft as butter. Quote
DarthEbriate Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 I honestly thought that right about now we'd have just gotten back to .500. (Real .500.) We were gelling with our lines. We understood the system and we starting to play without thinking. The powerplay wasn't #1, but it was in the top 8 and threatening whenever our speed made people take penalties. Nope. We're not any better. (3-0) We show less passion and less aggression on offense and defense; and the skill isn't visible. (3-1). Hey! Quote
Jacque Richard Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Their favorite number just like three dog night Quote
