Brawndo
What is there to say, besides when Sid was asked about his goal scoring drought he said I’m not worried We play the Sabres on Tuesday, the perfect cure for a scoring drought. I’m kidding he didn’t say that, at least to Press he didn’t.

ubkev
Crosby with the double hat trick. Sabres win, 7-6. All 7 of our goals come from Evander Kane and Benoit Pouliot.
JujuFish
We've held Crosby pointless in 4 out of 36 career games against us, if my quick count is correct. I knew it was bad, but dang.
That Aud Smell
Well, they played a good game against the Caps about a week ago. So ... Let's go, Buffalo!
Stoner
Pittsburgh is a true house of horrors for the Sabres, Igloo or the new joint across the street. I didn't do the math, but it looks like Pitt might be the place the Sabres franchise has had the least success on a points per game basis. Even worse than Philly. They're currently on a six-game losing streak there. The odd thing is that the Sabres have won three of four playoff games there. The one loss was a doozie. In my mind's eye, these games go one of two ways. The Pens blow it open in the first 10 minutes, or the Sabres lead in the third and fall apart. Jean-Claude Van Damme out of the stands to stone Eichel in the shootout. Darius Kasparaitis past Lehner for the winner, 4-3 Pens.

Stoner
^LOL You can't tell me if Phil Housley made that speech, the Sabres wouldn't go out and win 11-1. There's something to be said for being loose.

bcsaberks
Crosby is -14 ytd, killing me in fantasy. He's at the bottom of the league, though O'Reilly is threatening at -13. Malkin is -2 fwiw. Team Goal differential YTD, descending order:Phoenix -30 Buffalo - 20 Pittsburgh -
Drunkard
This has all the makings of a 6-0 shutout where we get spanked while the boards argues between whether our forwards, defensemen, or goalies are most in need of upgrades. I’m kidding he didn’t say that, at least to Press he didn’t. He said it with his eyes. I know it's confirmation bias but I feel that every time I read about a slumping player in the BN pre-game articles that player usually has an amazing game. Mustache of God
This is as close to lines I'd choose that I've seen this season I would swap Girgs with Mouslon and then tell the 4th line to show-up an hour late for the charter and call it an "logistical error" and then I'd be saying the same thing. LTS
Will miss the game. Out of town at a conference. Not sure I'm upset about it. Probably less so when I get to the vendor dinner and everything is on their tab. Then again. I love hockey. For those who will watch, I hope the Sabres show a new side tonight.
