JackRyanLeafEichel Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 How did Jack “Ryan Leaf” Eichel do? Quote
hockeyhound Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 He sucked today. Sucked. Do you still "Like Eich for Captain"? Quote
Radar Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 He sucked today. Sucked. If they interview him and we get one of those eye rolls please someone have a long talk with him. Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted October 9, 2017 Author Report Posted October 9, 2017 ROR looks like he wants out. Seriously. Another Drew Stafford Quote
Taro T Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 He sucked today. Sucked. OK. You aren't referring to Kane w/ that post & PROBABLY not Lehner. Could you add some more specs to narrow it down more from the other 18? (& yes, that was an awful game by Eichel.) Quote
dudacek Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 Lots of fingers to point, but I'm going to start with O'Reilly. Three straight games where he looks disengaged. Seriously, instead of the new guys surprising with their effectiveness, we get our most effective returning players turning into plugs? Quote
hockeyhound Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 How did Jack “Ryan Leaf” Eichel do? He's in San Diego trying to marry the bosses daughter. Quote
Jacque Richard Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 That's why you make him the Captain. We always deal our Captains (or let them walk). We don't want to break tradition. no kidding Quote
CallawaySabres Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 If they interview him and we get one of those eye rolls please someone have a long talk with him. How about a punch in the face instead Quote
Jacque Richard Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 I’m here in Vegas and at least the Knights work hard.why is that Quote

Doohicksie Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 I’m here in Vegas and at least the Knights work hard. Yep. And all pulling in the same direction. Quote
hockeyhound Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 (edited) Seriously. Another Drew Stafford In the interviews ROR is always so contrite; if I hear that "I'm not happy with myself speech again, I'll scream. I'm sick of the self - flagellation speeches. Just shut up and play Edited October 9, 2017 by hockeyhound Quote
Jacque Richard Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 Deal his ass These guys are soft and are getting paid nicely Quote

Could you add some more specs to narrow it down more from the other 18? (& yes, that was an awful game by Eichel.) There's no way around it. He alone had a poor effort. And when he doesn't give it all, it really doesn't matter if anyone else does. Edited October 9, 2017 by d4rksabre Quote
Radar Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 I'm not happy with ROR play so far but still believe in him as a player. Not in any way looking to move him. Quote
hockeyhound Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 Yes. There's no way around it. He alone had a poor effort. And when he doesn't give it all, it really doesn't matter if anyone else does. What does Eich have to offer that makes you think he's ready to be Captain? I don't see anything just yet other than he has some talent, and it takes a lot more than talent to be a captain. I would like to see him live up to his contract first. Quote

Trettioåtta Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 ROR called himself invisible last three games. At least he is aware and supportive (well understanding) of the fans booing. Quote
Radar Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 I just think he's better than this. I don't know what's going on. Adversity. Let's see how it effects him. Talent alone is not the sole criteria for a captain. Quote
